Refund Policy

Items purchased from the online store can be returned in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. 

Merrimento LLC provides free return shipping labels in Canada and the contiguous United States on orders exceeding $100.

All orders placed between October 1 - December 31 qualify for our Holiday Return Policy. Orders placed during this time will have until January 31 to initiate a return.

To complete your return, we require order confirmation # or receipt of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

SALE ITEMS
Clearance and sale items are final sale and do not qualify for refunds. 

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@merrimento.co and send your item to:
